We are excited to finally be able to worship together as one congregation at our outdoor service this coming Sunday the 5th of September.

Who: All are welcome. Feel free to invite your friends and neighbors.
Food: Würste and Brötchen will be provided by the NIC for lunch. Please bring your own drinks and sides, along with eating utensils.
Seating: Please bring a blanket or camping chair to sit on. Some benches will be provided.
Giving: Please prayerfully consider bringing a thanks offering to the Lord for His protection over our church over the past 18 months of corona virus. (see below).
Our thanks offering is a cash gift over and above our tithe to the NIC which will be donated to “grannie homes” of Nairobi, Kenya. In James 1:27 he says that true religion is to care for the widows and orphans and Mrs. The director of the ministry is a Kenyan woman who is friend of my family. She started and orphanage at first and then realized that she could also serve the widows in her community as well by building simple housing on her property for widows. The widows would then be ersatz mothers for the orphans and both would be served. This is a wonderful and powerful ministry to the poor and it only costs $5,000 to build one home. (Pictures attached). My father’s ministry has built 3 of them and we can contribute to one as well through our thanks offering. Jesus once said in Matthew 25:40, “‘Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers of Mine, you did for Me.’”

Spenden: Bitte denken Sie im Gebet darüber nach, dem Herrn für seinen Schutz unserer Kirche in den letzten 18 Monaten vor dem Corona-Virus zu danken. (siehe unten).
Unser Dankopfer ist eine Geldspende, die über unseren Zehnten an das NIC hinausgeht und den “Grannie Homes” in Nairobi, Kenia, zugute kommen wird. In Jakobus 1:27 sagt er, dass wahre Religion darin besteht, sich um die Witwen und Waisen zu kümmern. Die Leiterin des Dienstes ist eine kenianische Frau, die mit meiner Familie befreundet ist. Sie gründete zunächst ein Waisenhaus und erkannte dann, dass sie auch den Witwen in ihrer Gemeinde dienen konnte, indem sie auf ihrem Grundstück einfache Häuser für Witwen baute. Die Witwen wären dann Ersatzmütter für die Waisenkinder, und beiden wäre gedient. Dies ist ein wunderbarer und kraftvoller Dienst an den Armen, und es kostet nur 5.000 Dollar, ein Haus zu bauen.
